Sodexo — My money got deducted twice and it did not reach to the merchant with whom I ordered. I did not even the money back both the time

I had placed an order on zaamato on 11th June my 200 rs got deducted and my order did not got placed. I did not even receive the money back again today on 16th June the same thing happened
