Sodexo — Not getting Refund

Amazon issued refund of 993₹ on 08/09/2021, and the amount should reflect in your account by 13/09/2021. still I didn't get amount.

I talked with Sodexo custom care, he said we need official mail from amazon so we can help. I shared Image of message from amazon still its not working. Help me to get my refund reflect in Sodexo card.
