Sodexo — refund not credited

Hi Team, I have cancelled an order from swiggy for which I paid through Sodexo meal card. I have called Swiggy & also Dominos(restaurant which I placed my order), they both issued a refund to my Sodexo meal card from their side but till now money is not added to my Sodexo meal card. Please find the attached screen shot for details. This need to be resolved asap.
