I've lost my Sodexo card and when I asked for replacement, they sent out a new card which was not activating. When I enquired with customer service, they said, it's due to technical issue, they sent a wrong card and they'll send out a new replacement.
After multiple follow ups for more than 2 months(where they keep saying that it's an issue in the backend, they are upgrading), I got an activation link and it's been more than a month and multiple follow ups on the card dispatch, they say, internal issue and tell that I'll be having a callback on the status of card in 48 hours, but nothing happens.
