My existing card got expired on 31/08/2023. Since then i'm following up for my new card to be delivered. SODEXO has issued new card, but not delivered yet. I've been following up with customer care several times, notifying the change of address. they always say that card is returned undelivered. I wonder when other items are being delivered to my new address, why SODEXO card is undelivered. its already 3months, my money is lying but unable to use its services. when i follow up i just get the response that it will be delivered, but nothing is happening. the last ticket raised against this issue is Interaction ID – #SR[protected].
