My issue is on 24 Jun I have deposited 3700 into Sodexo gift card which is not possible. Those ammount did not credited back to my parent account nor to sodexo.
I have called many times to get back money. 3 months are completed, but my issue is not resolved yet.
When I called to Sodexo team every one is giving me different answers and not resolving the issue.
When I called last time one girl is telling like our person will call you in 3hrs. But no response yet.
I am loosing my patience. I am going to tree raise complaint against Sodexo and team. Was this information helpful? |
