Sodexo — Unable to use multi benefit card

I am totally regretting my decision to opt for sodexo for money saving,
many friends did said not to opt for sodexo, and they were correct and also the online reviews. you people say you are 24/7 available,
but i have been waiting for your response from last two days i.e 48 hrs, as I had a word with your executive on call on Tuesday he said don’t recharge your mobile,
otherwise you won’t be able to use Sodexo multi benefit money. Its Thursday today still am awaiting to recharge my mobile. Unable to make calls,

I am sending this as warning message, don’t make me go to consumer court. I have been there so don’t test my patience please.
its complete harassment you know after doing my night shift.

I AM UNABLE TO RECHARGE MY JIO NO THROUGH MYJIO RECHARGE APP, CALLED AND HAD A WORD WITH YOUR EXECUTIVE- HE SAID YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO RECHARGE, BUT AS YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO WE WILL LOOK INTO THE MATTER, AND ASK ME TO GIVE 2 DAYS I.E 48 HRS. ITS BEEN MORE THAN 48 HRS NO RESPONSE FROM YOU ON MAIL OR CALL. I’LL WAIT FOR A DAY MORE AND TAKE A PROPER ACTION AGAINST SODEXO.

Previously, a month back also I made a complaint to sodexo as I was not able to purchase grocery online using sodexo meal, till date I didn't received a response from them. Sodexo is a totally fraud and inhuman company, it caused me lot of agony and mental trauma, as I come from a middle class saving hard earned money.
I request you guys whoever reads this please don't opt for sodexo and tell your friends too, it's a French company who is looting Indians money. Yes it is French company and worldwide it's reputation is of thief.
