Sodexo — Unable to use the amount loaded to my multibenefit pass

Hi,

I have Rs 3, 511 in my sodexo multi benfit pass which was loaded by my previous employer on 28 Oct 2020.
I also understand that we have a validity of 3 years, but I am unable to use this amount and I get transaction declined

The card number of the sodexo is
[protected]
and if try to check the balance from the customer care number, it says the card is invalid.

Please help to resolve this issue as I have Rs.3511 on this card and is not a small amount
