Sony India — Pathetic Customer Service | |||
We have purchased a TV from Viveks in Adyar, Chennai and it was promised that TV will be fixed by Sony Service next day. Then someone from Sony Service called and confirmed that this will be done at 4 pm. Then the time was changed to 6 pm, 6 pm became 7 pm and it was 8:30 when we again got a call stating that it cannot be done. When we again called the same number [protected], the person named KANNAN picked up the call and was very very rude and mentioned that do whatever it cannot be done and that he is not concerned with services of Sony. He went ahead and mentioned that if a complaint needs to be lodged than go ahead and do it. Such kind of pathetic responses are not expected from a brand like Sony. The service centre seems to be based out of Taramani in Chennai. Would request immediate action on this and perhaps take back the license of the dealer if need be. Also please assist in getting the TV fixed asap or else we will have to return Sony back and perhaps purchase a Samsung or LG. Was this information helpful? | |||
