Sony India — Re non installation of Sony home theatre systems | |||
Sir: I had purchased the sony digital home thetre 5. 1 from reliance digital Jalandhar for Rs 18000/- on 9/11/2015 with a request to install the system same day...I was promised by the reliance people that it wud be installed same day...However to my surprise it is yet to be installed...I have called local service center...they assure every day for installation but fail to do so...This is harassing a customer...they hav spoiled my festival for no faults of mine...what shd i do so that these people shd be more acountable to customer Was this information helpful? | |||
