[Resolved] Sony India — Reagrding 6 mnths old xperia c | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I had bought a new Xperia C on 6th June (Invoice attached) and from the very same day the phone was not working properly so finally I went to the Authorised Sony Service Centre and software update was done and I was assured that the phone was alright. But unfortunately the problem still persisted and again I went to the ASC and this time I was told that my phone's motherboard had to be replaced and due to unavailability of the spares the can't be repaired. Now my phone is still lying at the service centre (service job sheet attached) and I am not willing to take the said phone back, I would request you to kindly replace the faulty phone with a brand new one instead.
