I Brought a Sony LED TV on September - 2012, now I am experiencing an issue with display, Two times Sony Service engineer came & verified Panel needs to be changed, I am having extended warranty with Reliance, Sony sent us the Quotation for repair charge, Reliance approved the amount, Now After 1Month & 5days, Sony is telling they don't have a spare parts for that particular part to replace & they are asking us to pay the amount to get a New TV, instead of repair.
