Sony Mobiles — Brand New Sony Mobile phone C3 with Problem and not working. | |||
I bought my Sony Experia Phone C3 from Poorvika showroom on 10/8/2015 @ 9:45PM in the night. and since its a microsim I got my new sim from Airtel showroom on 12/8/2015 and I have started using my phone from 13/8/2015. TWO full days I used the phone but faced Network problem, where automatically my tower will go with no signal and I thought it would be network issues and was using the phone, but after 5 days started using the problem still not solved, so I went to Poorvika showroom and informed my complaint 18/8/2015, and asked for a replacement mobile, they handed over the phone in SONY AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE in ADYAR and I got a Job sheet for the same (Job ID No : W[protected] and I got my mobile back from Poorvika on 21/8/2015 provided with solution as mother board has been changed and will not get the problem again, but again I got the same problem and I was tried with that with 3 days, still not convenience I directly walk in to SONY Service center on 24/8/2015 (Job ID No: W[protected]and given my phone and informed my complaint, they told they will provide me a new phone. again i walked into SONY service center on 31/8/2015 and again they said its a new phone and given my old phone which has same problem, i returned them and said that I need a new phone with box sealed piece. and i waited for 10 days to get my phone back and after putting lot of pressure on service center people I got my phone today @ 7: 00 PM, they service center people told its a new phone, but I can literally lot of scratches on the front and back side of phone which shows its already used device. now the external memory card slot is not working in the phone which they gave to me today. if its a new phone obviously it will work. For the last one month I am facing both physical and mental pressure without having my mobile as my contacts and all my official works are getting stopped. I need a clear solution for this problem as I am not satisfied with the Service provided by the Authorized Sony showroom.. Person involved in this case from Sony Service Centre : ASHOK (Mobile service engineer) and SEKAR (Branch Manager). It has been conveyed that within 7 days replacement will be done, but actually speaking its not 7 working days, as i bought this day on late night and handed over in 9th day which incudes week end.
