Dear sir/Madam, I am senior citizen of Bangalore city, need to make a complaint on Parcel office Bill writers in the counter (Mr. Bala and another lady-name not clear) given wrong information and arrogance answers when we arrive at the parcel office at Banglore railway station today (28.11.2015 -12.30 pm) to send my son in law's two wheeler from Banglore city to Raichur. They refused our request to take a booking of two wheeler parcel (after emptying the petrol tank and packed the Byke by gunny bags) to raichur and told me, we will not do the booking to Raichur railway station from bangalore and told the take our byke to Yeshwanthpur Railway station by wasting our time. By believing there words we took our byke (packed) in Goods van by paying 400 rupees from Majestic railway station to Yeshwanthpur. When I arrive at Yeshwanthpur railway station parcel office, the people in the parcel booking counter also refused and rudely behaved with me to Book the byke by saying they will not book the parcel to raichur from yeshwanthpur. finally they told me again to take the byke to majestic railway station. By this i am feedup and have no words to talk with them and wasted my 5hours time. Then again I took the byke by hiring in another goods van by paying 200 rupees to VRL parcel office and finally send the byke by paying 3200 rupees. In this regard i kindly request the authorized person in Both the railway station to take a action against the parcel office employees and direct them strictly not to play with the innocent people, there time and also their valuable money.
