Electricity bill wrongly generated

First of all my electricity bill was wrongly generated.
Instead of reading as 20685 the lineman has put the reading as 20865.
A more of 180 units.This shouldn't have happened initially. However on calling him repeatedly and showing hum his mistake he generated a new bill which too seems problematic.

Total unit consumesd id 37.
Charges applied = 202.
For 37 units bill should be as low as 100. Please...

More amount for lesser units

Our ero is habsiguda and area code is 150143. Usc number is[protected]. Our previous bill was rs. 767/- for 31 days and the slab was below 200 units. Next time, the bill was generated for 26 days and the amount is rs. 990/- for only 179 units. We are well below the 200unit slab. How come out bill amount is more than that? Can you please clarify and do the needful....

He informed us the meter needs to be checked again and they would come again on the 20th january. Till date no one has come to attend to this problem.

The expense towards laying of poles was already done beside balaji temple.ALL POLES ARE ALREADY INSTALLED.This HT line new route is crossing more residential housing than the already laid out route....

Paid the bill including arrears whereas the arrear was already cleared
