Soyng.com — Product not delivered

I have ordered a product (Apple iphone 5s, 16gb Gold) on soyng.com on 10/10/2014 but till now they haven't Dispatched the item. No one picks up any of my calls and there is no definitive answer. I don't know what to do as I have already made the full payment. It's a new web portal and I am facing some credibility issues. If someone can help me out then I would be highly obliged.
