Spark Realty, Pune — Spark realty is not fraud with my first home experience in wagholi pune

Sumit is fraud no. 1. He absconded with more than 100 crore of investors money. His office is closed now.

He did same thing in 2010 in Hyderabad. He took 5 crore from investors for his company Sumit Structures and one day absconded with all the money.

Don't fall into his trap of post dated cheques.

I have lot of proofs against him.

Never ever invest in any project where Spark Realty or Sumit is involved. He is very big FRAUD. He talks very sweet and will give you so many offers to take money.

Once you give him money then he will start showing his real face. He has dupes more that 500 people of 100 Crores across Maharashtra since 2011.

Before that, he had duped people in Hyderabad. GO and SEARCH for Sumit in AP Police and police is searching for him.

I agree that Spark Realty is fraud. In 2013 we booked a flat at Urban Bliss & possession date was 2015. I gave him the down payment of 4 lacs. Multiple times we applied for loan at DHFL Bank loan was approved thrice but bank did not disbursed him. We asked Mr. Sumit to refund the money as his documents where not clear & he didn't have Property Approval Letter. In 2017 he said his documents are clear & again we can apply for loan. Bank disbursed him 7 lacs. I recently received a message on WhatsApp saying that he is now Bankrupt & missing from Pune. I really wait him to be behind the bar. He is fraud & need to take some strict action against him.

Anyone got any update on Sumit as he absconded from Pune?

Is his office closed permanently?

He may have changed his name and started duping people in some other city like he did in Hyderabad, Nagpur and Pune.

I am one of the impacted investor for Urban Bliss project. I came to know that Mr. Sumit is out of Jail. Do you have any updates. Actually I invested the money through his other partner Mr. Jagdish Survarna. Do you have any update on this.
