Speed Post — Not delivering packet

I made a speed post from LUCKNOW on 9/11/2015 to Germany, parcel contains my documents its been over 2 weeks and still it has not reached its destination. The parcel number is EU[protected]IN. My future is at stake here please help it needs to be delivered to Germany by end of Nov. 2015.
