Hi I am Aathira Pavithran who had booked a flight with SpiceJet from Guwahati to Mumbai halt at delhi on 13th November. I would like to complain about the service that the airline is providing. The seat where I was seated was in front of a defective seat the recliner of the seat was coming till my face and even after complaining from Guwahati the issue was not solved. I was asked to wait till delhi for the issue to be solved and was offered another defective seat of which the table was broken. To my surprise the engineer came in delhi after repeated complaint and said that it cannot be fixed. The attendant could not even give another seat as the flight was full and I had to sit in that seat.Also in delhi were informed that the captain who will be flying the aircraft is late as he was in another airline which got delayed. We were not even offered any kind of food and all passengers were boarded in the flight without any intimation of the delay. Pathetic service.
