I traveled from Goa to Mumbai on 10th October 2022 via SpiceJet Flight no SG 452
PNR no CJFETR
On landing, my baggage was completely Damaged. I raised the complaint with the Customer Care executive at the Airport.
Report Reference Number BOMSG2202903D.
However, I received the following response from them
“SpiceJet assumes no liability for damage of fragile articles agreed while signing the LRT.
Please note that the articles inside the baggage were in good condition.
My Complaint is that you have damaged my bag beyond repair. The bag is not a fragile item.
You are requested to kindly assist me at the earliest.
