Me and my family are travelling to India for a short holiday to visit our relatives.
I am disappointed in Spicejet. My flights on 23rd November 2023 for 3 o[censored]s, from Patna to Bangalore have been postponed on 2- 3 occasions. But I cannot get a refund in the automated changes as it only records the last time change which is 40 minutes.
My PNR number is OD2GGJ
But actually from my date of booking, departure Patna time was first 1840, Arriving BLR at 2115. Now with the latest change is scheduled changed to depart 2030. That is clearly 1 hour and 50 minutes. Thus I believe under the Spicejet rules I am entitled to a full refund.
How do I go about getting a full refund as the time definitely does not suit me and my family.
