Spice Jet Airlines — horrible services and behaviour

I am deeply regretful that i chose to fly with spicejet. I took flight 2628 on 16th july 2015 and 18th july flight 2623 delhi jaipur. On 17th the flight was 5 hours delayed and the staff was rude and non informative even with senior citizens. The ground staff at the gate ignored the questions about as per when we will be flying from jaipur to delhi and on 18th the same issue. The airlines really needs to improve their flight maintenance as if can cause very disastrous inconvenience to passengers and also they need to have manners and etiquette. I highly doubt as per if i shall be chosing to fly with spicejet ever again.
