Sir, We were the passengers of Flight No. SG916 from Chennai-Hyderabad-Ahmedabad. When we got our baggages we found our baggages damaged. We saw a person of Spicejet overthere. We talked with him and told him about the baggages danaged. He called Mr. Nainesh there. When we told him about the baggages damaged, he rudely behaved with us and told us that the airline is not responsible for this type of danage and said that you can do anything you want. His behavioor was extremely rude and another person standing with him said sorry on behalf f Nainesh. But Nainesh told that you can raise complaint against me.
