Spice Jet Airlines — My flight is cancelled and spice jet customer care is not reachable for rescheduling

My PNR number is CBSKGX. I got message from spicejet that my flight from portblair - chennai - Mumbai for 26th dec is cancelled . I have planned my vacations in Andaman. I am trying to call in on spice jet number from last 24 hours however not able to reach customer care. Initially number is not reachable or busy. When I somehow got connected, I waited for half an hour but no one from reception connected to line . Please take necessary actions to reduce the inconvenience caused !!!
