Spice Jet Airlines — No refund of money on cancellation of Ticket- PNR #- G2YQTL

We have made international tickets to Maldives and got it cancelled due to change in travel plans. We have requested for refund two months ago and we are continuously following up with them, still there is no refund from Spicejet We are always getting replies like there is some technical issues and money cannot be refunded
