I was traveling on a SpiceJet flight SG-012 from Dubai to Delhi on 25th March 2023.
After landing in Delhi, at the baggage collection belt, we found our bag lock broken and signs of pilferage.
Based on the situation, we filed bag pilferage report with the help of Sagar (Employee ID: 136878) at the airport. The Case No. is DEL/1318.
I have tried to contact the customer executives, the nodal officer and the SpiceJet team but there has been no response mail yet or any follow up with telephonic complaint also even after 3 months of regular follow up.
I have traveled across the world but have never had such a bad experience.
Horrible experience with SpiceJet. I am entitled for compensation or replacement.
