[Resolved]  Spice Jet Airlines — Refund of money for cancelled flight (PNR UD31PK)

I had booked return flight ticket from Mumbai-Hyderabad through Spicejet on November 3 costing Rs. 5191. My flight got cancelled and I had placed a cancellation request on makemytrip website on December 13 with the reason 'flight not operational'. On December 17, I received a message from Make my trip that cancellation is successful and money is being forwarded to the bank and will be processed in up to 2 working days. Money has not been processed in my account yet. I sent another mail on December 23, and I was told that the money will be refunded by Spicejet. When I am going on the Spicejet website to check the status of my refund, it is showing the PNR as invalid. I want them to return my money as soon as possible.
