[Resolved]  Spice Jet Airlines — Regarding cancellation and refund

I, dharmvir singh, working in central industrial security force (Ministry of home affairs) and holding the rank of asstt. Commandant wish to state that, i had booked an air ticket from surat to delhi on 10th march 2014 in spicejet which detals are below:-

Pnr no: m9r9vd booking date: mon, 10 mar, 14 status: confirmed

Travel date flight no from to dep. Time arr. Time airline
Mon, 10 mar, 14 sg i52 surat delhi 19.20 21.15 spicejet

I have paid an amount of rs. 5391/- through sbi internet banking vide reference no: msbi[protected]igr8299625 which transfered to[protected] for booking of above ticket.

But due to some reason, i cancelled my above booked ticket on the same day and i have received a hard out in which incirbe in the amount paid coloumn is only rs. 1600/-. Till date i have not received any amount from your esteemed airline towards the above cancelled ticket into my bank account credit.
Hence, kindly look into the matter and do the needful for refund of amount towards the above cancelled ticket. A line of confirmation in this regard is awaited.
