Spice Jet Airlines — SpiceJet Not responding to calls and mails after cancelling flights

I had booked my spicejet flight on DEC 24 2014 and Jan 2 2015 from bangalore to mumbai and return.They have cancelled this flights and the alternate flight they provided was also cancelled.I am trying to call but not able to reach any representative since either the number is busy or invalid or only ringing.I have send many mails, but no response. I need my refund of the tickets since the cancellation was from their side. I need quick action from your side Thanks Nandita
