I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and seek resolution for the issues I encountered during my recent travel with SpiceJet.
My flights, SG 8152 and SG 8199, were significantly delayed, causing inconvenience and disruption to my travel plans. According to DGCA guidelines, I am entitled to certain compensations, such as free meals and alternative flight options, which were not provided. Additionally, I was disappointed by the lack of assistance and the unprofessional conduct I experienced when attempting to lodge a complaint through your helpline, particularly from the representative at the contact number [protected], who used inappropriate language.
I kindly request a thorough investigation into the delays and an explanation regarding the unprofessional behavior exhibited by your representative. Furthermore, I expect appropriate compensations in line with DGCA guidelines for the inconveniences faced during my journey.
