I have booked a ticket to Dubai from kochi on 09 12 2022 and the PNR is TGY9VQ. Ticket was booked on 04 11 2022.Within few hours after booking they have sent a mail that the flight is rescheduled from 15.40 to23.15 ie a delay of 8 hours.This is not acceptable to me and I have decided to cancel the ticket.Now it is shown that about rs 4500 is deducted towards cancellation charges.The cancellation is not at my instance but due to the issues of the airline.Also it is advertised that if the delay is more than 6 hours full payment will be refunded.In this case delay is 8 hours and I am entitled for full refund. So permit me full refund and i should not be penalised for selecting spicejet for a journey.If full amount id is not paid I will be approaching consumer court and you will have to spend more.
