Spice Jet Airlines — Unethical Behavior | |
The staff at Pune Airport is not at all helpful. I had done web check-in and due to a strike in Pune, I reached 40 mins prior to the scheduled departure on 30th April, 2015. I was flying from Pune to Srinagar with PNR#YY4DTG along with my family. The staff did not allow us. The lady at the counter said that you can leave your luggage and go ahead but after a minute she refused that she said anything like that.I was ready to leave my luggage behind as I had to reach to Srinagar anyhow. I had requested a lot at the counter but they did not bother. Is this the way to treat a customer? My whole family was going through a shock. The lady was speaking very rudely. She said she won't allow us at any cost.I do understand airline rules and regulations as I am a frequent flyer.Raised this to SpiceJet the very same day, but there is no response till now. Its going to be 3 months. I had requested for a no show certificate as well but there is no response. Please help. Was this information helpful? | |
