[Resolved]  Spice Jet Airlines — Worse Airlines and even worst customer support

I booked a flight for two PNR SG 216/SG 120 on 14th of December 2014 which was canceled by spice jet itself after several calls a new flight was booked and that too for 15th of December with a promise that accommodation will be provided if contacted Spice jet customer care as as it was a packaged tour to Kerela and there was no place to stay for the further duration of 36 hours. Have dropped several mails to the customer care and called a couple of times as well but there is no response from the SpiceJet Team.This is what not expected from a so called reputed Airlines.
