[Resolved]  Spice Mobiles — Mobile is damaged after one week o[censored]sing

Dear CEO, I Sheen Phillips of class 9th and my age is 14 years old. I am physically disable. I bought your mobile " XLife", the new model of your company from the site, homeshop18.com. I would like to tell you that after one week o[censored]sing, the inner screen of the mobile had broken and it doesn't fall anywhere. I gave it in its service center that is " Shree ram tower " in Lucknow and one month is been passed but still the handset has not been repaired and upon this when we contact them, they say that the company still not made the spare part of it. That means you all sell your phones 3rd grade on homeshop18.com . I bought it for my festival that is on 25th of december and because of your irresponsible company I don't have my mobile on my festival. I must tell everyone not to buy any product of this company.
