[Resolved] Spice Mobiles — Spice mobile sim no 2 is not working from date of purchase and service center is not responding faithfully | |||||
I had purchased a spice 5 Inch(12.7 Cm) Dual SIM 3G Android Phone-MI-514 from "HOMESHOP18" On 12th sept 2015 and received delivery on 15th sept 2015. But i realized that SIM SLOT NO 2 is not working ( slot not detect any sim Card). So i called "HOMESHOP18 CUSTMORE CARE" they sent sms to me the address of laxmi nagar service center on 16th sept 2015. So i went there and told the service center executive about my complaint they inspect my mobile bill first and then the other executive check my mobile ordinarily and then they submit my mobile stated that the mobile need to be sent to their workshop and repair takes 4 to 7 days. So i submit my mobile their on 17th sept 2015. They told me they will inform me about the mobile status through sms or call but after 7 days past they didn't sent any sms or call about the mobile status. At last 24 sept 2015 i need to call there to get my mobile status then they told me that it would take another 1 or 2 weeks to repair the mobile. This is not right attitude towards the coustomer who paid full amount to get the good service. I recommend spice mobiles customer care to take some serious action towards your customer complaints because today's customer is going to be the parents of future customers if you neglect their complaints today they will not endorse your product to future generations. It will make a bad impression for the future product of spice mobiles as well for both today' customer as well as potential future customers.
