SpiceJet Airlines — Reimbursement of ticket amount | |||||
Spicejet is worst airlines till date. the issue is i booked a spicejet flite from Bangalore to Delhi daated 05/11/2015 and i already did a web check-in. My flite time was 5:45 am. As i have already done the web check-in still spicejet didnot allow me to go inside stating that gates has been closed, they didnot make any announcement or final call and stopped me from goinf inside. I asked for refund for the ticket amount and still they didnot take any action on that request. i request you to please provide the reimbursement of the ticket amount of rs 6868.I have never face this problem with other airline.
