SpiceJet — Flight Cancellation Money is not being Refunded

I have Book a Flight Ticket from Hyderabad to Chennai which was suppose to Fly on November-21-2014. However Flight was cancelled and they Spice Jet customer Care people told me that i can choose a flight in a week time or go for cancellation. I have Opted for Cancellation and money was supposed to be refunded in a week time. Money was not refunded till date. I have called them N number of times and they always say me that "sorry for inconvenience" and Money will be refunded in a week time. It's been three months till now and nothing moved till date. Want to take an Action on this company. It's not about money but more about Credibility which company has completly lost.
