[Resolved] SpiceJet — Inconvenience caused due to rescheduling of flight | |||
I am Neeraja N Menon. I had booked my ticket for April 14, 2014 with PNR number TCSC4H. The flight was scheduled to be leaving at 6.35 pm. But few days back, I accidentally came to know that the said flight was cancelled and my ticket has been rescheduled to another flight leaving at 9.40 am. I have some urgent engagements in the morning and because of that only I booked my ticket for evening flight. So I had to rebook my ticket for April 19th (that is only the next possible date on which I can travel) and I had to pay around Rs.3900 more for cancellation and other charges. Moreover today only I got a message from Spicejet mentioning about the rescheduling of the previous flight.. I feel this is a case of irreverence to the passenger. Because of this only I had to change all my travel plan and had to incur an additional expence of RS.3900. I request you to address my complaint and take necessary actions as soon as possible.
