[Resolved]  SpiceJet — Spice jet refund not received

Dear Sirs,

I am herewith forwarding the complaint regarding the refund of SpiceJet cancellation amount which has not yet been received as it. I have also written to the Directorate General of Civil Aviation, copy of which is attached herewith.

With reference to the above this is to bring to your kind attention that due to the prevalent commercial situation of SPICEJET we had cancelled the return ticket from Muscat to Bangalore more than a month back and have requested them to refund the cancelled amount of Rs. 6660.00 (Indian Rupees six thousand six hundred and sixty only)which is confirmed by them in the attached printout after deduction of cancellation charges. Any number of reminders have not received any response and hence I am requesting your kind intervention to ensure that the amount is credited to the account from which the original payment was made by Visa Card.
