My staff Mr. B Das purchased a samsung Galaxy star pro from Sri Sai Telecom of Panchanan Apartment, Hanskhali Pool, Howrah on 10th July 2015 for Rs. 4800/- but the phone was defective so the shop owner send it to service centre but till today they did not deliver the set.
