I had invested in sri satha online trading in the fixed deposit scheme of rs50, 000 by issuing cheque as mentioned in the website http://srisasthaonlinetrading.com/ in dec 2015, i was paid only 2 monthly returns after repeated calls from my side asking them to pay the monthly interest. On 2nd march 2016 i have dropped in email to [protected]@srisasthaonlinetrading.com for returning my principal which i have followed as per the guidelines mentioned in legal agreement. Now the owner mr manikandan is not refunding and not answering my calls and keeps messaging today tomorrow he will make transfer and this is going on from 2nd march 2016 till date. The sales office mentioned in website is shut down. A firm which is 7 years into business as mentioned in website if it unable to pay this amount then your money is at risk invested there.
I have the legal agreement provided by sri sastha which needs to be verified if its genuine. The website does not disclose the main office address. I request the consumer forum to look into this and take appropriate action. Was this information helpful? |
