Nothing has been resolved. The posting of it being resolved is false. A lady in mumbai who Manikandan has paid money to has misued the international lawyers id and put the post Resolved.. Cz she has startedd getting her money back.. Appoptaute legal action wl be taken against her shortly.
I request all o[censored] who hv been victim to f is fraud..pls contact lawyer Anil Bajaj immdtly.
Further talks are on with top brass of police in bangalore and chennai to get his whereabouts and arrest him and his family immdtly.

All the issues resolved and the above complaint doesn't hold good now. The complaint is invalid now.

NO Issue not resolve yet. continues to cheat even today, We are thinking to to file FIR against him soon and broadcast his name and business across Bangalore.

we got our settlement in a very sober manner. he had explained his problems and we found genuine. After a brief period of one year, we got our entire money last month. the settlement amount is 36 lacs

I am one of the investors. I congratulate those investors who have been successful in getting their money back. But I am not so lucky. I invested through my wife in 2 schemes, Rs 2 lakhs in a monthly interest scheme in March 2015 and Rs. 1.78 lakhs in Tick trading scheme in June 2015. I got interest for first 3 months in first scheme and then the payments stopped. I have got nothing from the second scheme. Mr. Balakrishnan Manikandan has been making promises of making payments of principal amount and interest over the last one year but has not honored any of his promises. Of late he has stopped responding to my messages. We are senior citizens and are dependent on interest on our investments. We are now in serious crisis. We are only praying that we get our principal and the promised interest soon. Hope someone will help us.

I absolutely agree with Mr. Ashok and suspecting either you guys might be lucky or culprit ID from Bala's group. I can make 5 star only if I get my money back. I'm watching Mr. Bala closely.

I have invested Rs. 5 Lakhs on monthly scheme and I got one month returns after I have not received any amount.

He has committed for payment but I have not received single pai as on date from Manikandan and he is given only false promises and his intention is cheating to the investors.

Drear Friends, we are getting just promises rather than anything else. No money . Bala's intentions is cheating innocent investors. He is putting people in such dilemma that returning investment back soon but no luck so far.

Dear All,

We had been kept quiet watching all the comments here. Now Mr Prabhakar had given his comments which force to come into play.
Mr. Prabhakar had already initiated a case in Bangalore court for which we are in legal process. So, we informed Mr. Prabhakar that no discussion can happen regards to the payment since the case is in Honorable Court.
Even after the court proceedings, Mr. Prabhakar intentionally giving all these comments which we initiated a separate legal proceedings against him.
I had 363 investors and the thread has got only 4 to 5 people which itself shows the genuinity in this thread. this is a group of people which want to dent and make the issue bigger just to feed their ego.
This is a general forum and every citizen has got right to share their views.
We are in touch with all investors and we settled most of our investors which you can see the positive comments.
Mr.Ashok has yet to get his settlement, not only him, his two other friends also waiting for the settlement. it may be a year, but thing are happening slowly.
anyone want to get sort out the issue, they can get in touch with us.

whoever wants to move legally, we are prepared to meet legally and prove our innocence.

Mr Victim 10, i dont even know who you are, and you dont even reveal your identity.

I am Devaraj here Mr. Prabhakar and Manikandan's Friend I am the person who involved between two gentleman's since Nov 2015 till date he has not paid as per his commitments and he said below reasons,
1. His office raid from Income tax department and he said blocked all his bank accounts and he took 2 to 3 months,
2. After 3 months all of a sudden he started telling due to heavy rain in chennai office filled with full of water and took time for another 2 months,
3 After this he told me to sell the house and settle the amount preferably Mr. Prabhakar and I don't he sold or not but not yet settled,
4. Then he promised to Mr. Prabhakar Mar 2016 collect all the due's about Rs.45 Lakhs ++ (including all due's) but he could not able to keep up his words and same day he gave one more cheque and promise us to clear the payment as per his promise and Mr Prabhakar deposited and got bounced and Ultimately the group of Mr. Prabhakar's went to legal action.
Mr. Manikandan My humble request you please settle immediately out of the court. I will make you necessary arrangements it will be benefited to you also.

Dear Mr. Devraj, first of all, there is no role for anyone at this point as the case is in the court. I don't want to discuss anything in public forum. Mr. Prabhakar has got almost 4 lacs within that period and now he deny. He tried to influence us in many ways which we have records. Now since it is in the court, there is no discussion can me made. We will justify the amount and other records in front of the court. We were ready for the discussion which you and your friend not obliged and threatened us through your sources which failed as you know. Now we will meet in court.
