SRS Travels — bus was delayed for 2 hours and every now and then it is stopping for 15 mins

Bus driver and workers are too rude.. Bus departure time was at 7:10 from anandrao circle and they started around 7:45 to reach yashwantpur they took one hr and we reached around 8:45 and stayed there for 20 more min. On asking they were saying it's not their problem.
