SRS Travels — Cancelled bus no refund after nearly 2 months | |||
I booked ticket in SRS travels website on 08/09/2016 for the travel date 09/09/2016 . My PNR no is 14610542 Travels have cancelled the ticket due to Bandh issue and I have been told that my money will be reverted back to my Account within a week. Till now I haven't got my ticket amount back. I have sent more than 10 emails and for every mail their reply is we will do within this week. But till now they haven't done. Please refrain from using SRS travels in particular online booking. Was this information helpful? | |||

Bus no : 7191. Chennai to ngkl. Multiaxle Volvo ac.. they are getting money from passengers and are boarding them from Madurai to tirunelveli. It's 9:30 am now and we are still in tirunelveli.. please take care.

Srs travls dharmapuri office is closed .thersis a no responce and unauthorised over charges for shanmugam day duty. but i ask the reason means your parcel is next time totally damaged. blockmail. i am waiting for auction in dharmapuri.
