On 14 November 2023, I was a passenger on one of your buses no ka51 ab 0452 traveling from chikkodi to Bangalore . Unfortunately, the journey was marred by an accident that took place near Haveri This incident has left me deeply concerned about the safety standards and overall service provided by SRS Travel.
I would like to highlight the following issues:

3. Both the drivers are drunken
4. After bus accident both the drivers are run away from locaton
5. Still I didn’t got any call from srs team
6.this kind of service I didn’t expected from srs travels
