I had given one of mine micromax phone for charger pin repair at your service center(M/s ss enterprises, dilsukhnagar, hyderaabd, telengana) vide job card no.S[protected] on[protected] and i got sms to my phone stating that your phone rework was completed and asked to collect from service center but when i contacted there i was told that your phone not yet repaired and to come after receipt of call from their office only - now let me know why this confusion and inconveience to customers- please resolve the issue at the earliest(For your reference my email id is [protected]@gmail.com)
