I did a courier from ST Courier Chennai dated Nov 30, 2023 and it has reached Krishnagiri on Dec 01, 2023 and showing as "Out of Delivery" for past 4 days.There is no contact number to reach out to them and nobody is responding .It is causing mental agony and torture to us and one parcel has been missed for international travel due to their poor service....

My parcel in courier office itself rat bited and damaged.i didn't collect my parcel. I left in office itself .damaged rat bited one how can I collect....

Not delivering to home address.thay r telling to collect in courier office .they don't keep parcel safely.my courier parcel in office itself rat bited. Product couriered from coimbatore to chennai location in ST courier. But they didn't delivered to customer. They are delaying for their personal reasons. I have tried to raise complaint throught customer care but they didn't resolve my issue. The product cost is 8 k. Even they are not giving the solution.

My parcel sent by store from Coimbatore on 27/11/23 still not delivered but tracking status updated as delivered on 28/11/2023. This is not fair to me and sender..

On November 17, 2023, I sent a parcel containing milk kova from Srivilliputhur to Coimbatore via your courier service. Unfortunately, despite the expected delivery date passing, the parcel was not received...

Every Time Its Happing with Navalur OMR Brach ST Courier office i dont why they are not properly Delivering the consignment...

[protected] this particular courier is missing and there is no any updates from Sankarankovil hub.I need proper explanation and proper update regarding my courier, why it is not delivered to concern person still now.Also they charge delivery fees and they don't deliver it in that particular place and asking customers to come and collect it from the hub.why can't they deliver it? I'm extremely disappointed with this ST courier service....

Out o[censored]tmost frustration writing this. Never ever seen such a pathetic courier service. My parcel AWB [protected] was supposed to get delivered yesterday but it has not and now it's going taken back to Chengalpattu. I've been trying to reach the numbers specified on the website where 3 numbers are switched off and the other 2 numbers are incorrect. What kind of a customer service is being rendered here.

Very Worst company. The seller told Her lost the courier very Worst. I recommend don't to book this company choose another near good courier office and charges hight no problem we/Your need safe courier to reach on destination....

The AWB number [protected] parcel was not delivered. While enquiring about with coustomer service came to know the parcel was stolen.

The asked to submit the bil for making refund. Even after 4 months no response from the the. This is completely irritating from a reputed firm....

I have couriered a parcel on Nob-9th 2023 from Tiruppur to Coimbatore.Still now it has not delivered, if we call customer care and hub wise they are not responding properly.Kindly do the needful....

I have sent the courier to mayiladuthurai on 10.11.2023. Consignment No: [protected].. still the courier is not received and there is no responses form ST courier...
Mayiladuthurai ST courier person is not given any responses.. and I have tried to reach him on past 5 days...But there is no responses.. due to this we are totally annoyed and getting irritated.. Kindly cancel the ST Courier service... We don't want these kindly of worst...

The parcel was booked on 10.11.23 on coimbatore st courier services to tuticorin st courier services.the parcel contain very important content and customer wants quickly.so we are choosing the St courier service.the sender name is mathu and reciever name is peripam.the consignment no is [protected]. The courier services side not try to inform the costomer for percel received.no call or any other way.the parcel was returned and now locate...

I got a call from st courier delivery since I was not at home asked him to delivery at near by shop. But with no reason they denied and never picked my call again after 3 days when called from other number they picked the call and fought with me for no reason such fraud company. Escalated to customers care till now no response. To avoid delivery they are fighting. This happened with tambaram branch Gandhi road....

The person has given a wrong number intentionally. I strictly object this kind of fraudulent practice by ST Courier person.
Now ., I am not available that address after Diwali. So, ask him to call me and deliver the parcel at the Adyar Address where I live.

For the past 5 days, it has been shown in the Pallikaranai hub but has not been delivered to my location in Pallikaranai. The courier contains the sweet box, that validity is only for limited days. May I know what is the reason it's getting delayed? When I will receive it? If further delays no use of this product. Please help me on this matter....
