( Ten thousand four hundred and fifty only ) We had made the above payment vide HDFC cheque no. 435932 dated 10/10 /2006 for Rs. 10, 450 /- clearing all our outstanding towards our credit card of this Bank . After making all payment to the concerned Bank NINE years back and getting the acknowledgement of no dues / full and final settlement from the Bank, why my name is in the CIBIL list for non payments or defaulter list .
