[Resolved]  Standard Chartered Bank — Continuous threat over mobile with threat claiming a huge amount

I have received hundreds of phone call over my mobile no. [protected] from 08.01.2014 from some Pankaj Parmer (as told) from a phone No.[protected] routed through a kolkata ph no. [protected] with a claim of Rs.855675 against a credit card of Standard Chartered Bank. Sri Parmar is claiming that he is a Supervisor of SHAHA FINLEASE. hIS MOBILE NO IS [protected]. He is claiming that I took money from money from Standard chartered bank in 2005.

It is fact that i had a credit card of Standard Chartered Bank in[protected]. I never took any money from the bank and i have never renewed the card and the said card is not in my possession since last 9 years. I have never taken any money against any card. No communication during last 9 years for this claim.
He is using filthy language. He is making continuous call with life threat and asking me to come to Standard Chartered Bank. I have asked him to send me the proof against the claim, but he is not giving any details. He is distributing me continuously. He is also threatening me to various ways.
I appeal before you to take appropriate action and rescue me from this type of harassment.I am very much disturbed mentally and it is also hampering in discharging my working schedule in my office. Please take necessary action.
