I immediately received a confirmation from customer care stating that the card has been blocked & the transactions were done at Walmart US (total of last 8 transactions). I was also informed that i will not be liable to pay the aforementioned amount as the card is blocked.The card was given back to SCB at Muscat, Oman on 6th morning. I was issued with a new credit card[protected].
i was surprised to receive the statement on 11th Jan asking me to pay the aforementioned amount.
I have sent a mail to customer care on 11th Jan after receiving my new statement. But i have not received any response from the customer care dept.
